About The Audi Education Partnership (AEP) Program
Audi of America believes that our AEP partner schools do a fantastic job teaching the basic automotive skills needed for their students to be competitive in today's dealerships.
With this partnership, the student who graduates from the AEP program will learn automotive basics at their ASE EF accredited school. Students will gain a good base of Audi product and process knowledge by completing online training modules. Once these students are hired by an Audi dealer and enter the AEP Apprenticeship program, they will learn Audi model design and features at our fully equipped Audi Training facilities.
The AEP Program Goals
The main three goals of this program are:
- To increase the school graduation placement and salary rates.
- Assist with Audi dealership staffing concerns.
- Increase the graduates' value at the dealer.
The AEP Program Phases
Phase One |

Phase one begins with our partnership schools. Automotive students that are looking for a career at an Audi dealership have opportunity to learn Audi processes and technology during normal course of automotive program. |
Phase Two |

Phase two begins after graduate is hired as an apprentice technician by an Audi dealership. Apprentice is placed into a fast paced program where they earn Audi Expert Certification in 18 months. |
